It is located literally 5 minutes away from the airport and as expected, the neighborhood is a bit industrial, with very little to do, so don't expect any views, but it is ideal for spending the night before a flight. The room was updated, clean, comfortable, modern -- so much more than we expected for the price. As an older motel (still cute) we were surprised to enter a room that was so well updated for that price. Nice surprise. The breakfast in the morning was great, nice to have oatmeal. Also the staff were terrific. Great shuttle drivers, super fellow on the desk when we arrived near 1am. All around lovely experience. Highly recommended.

everyone was very helpful in helping us find our way around Phoenix.
We had a full day to wait for family to pick us up so, the staff at the hotel even kept our bags for us so we could site-see, after checking out. The bed was comfortable. -

Every employee of this hotel with whom I interacted was excellent, from
the shuttle bus driver to the front desk reps to the chef to the
waitress at the tasty morning breakfast. The bed and pillow were very
comfortable; and the room was very dark (which I loved) when the black

It was very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was really nice and even though it was late in the day the maid service still stopped by my room to see if I needed anything. Will stay there again

Overall experience was excellent.

Great location to airport. Convenient complimentary shuttle. You are great with having complimentary access to wifi and internet with a printer - was convenient and stress free to print amendments to my travels. The complimentary Banana and coffee for early departures was also much appreciated- Thankyou for these complimentary services. -

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was great and very tidy, there was everything I needed. The hotel is located just less than 10 minutes walk from the city train stop, that connects you easily with the Airport train (2 stops) and the downtown (around 5 stops).

I went to this hotel at night around 11 pm and the guy was very kind to help me to check in and gave me the wifi passcode even i did not ask. And the room has big bed, freezer,micro-wave and a big mirror. Even the room is face the street, I still think it is very safe cause there are two locks for the door.

This is a great little hotel! By little, I don't mean small, it's that they aim to give you a very comfortable stay in a nice place with a cool atmosphere without any pretensions . Oh, and did I mention, It's a great value! I'm not sure what else is available near the airport in Phoenix, but the next time I'm there, I'll be puttin' my head down

This is our 5th visit to this ALoft. It is very convenient to Tempe (via light rail or car), downtown (same), south Scottsdale and all of central Phoenix. The rooms are very nice, with a good modern feel. Beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean. The staff is outstanding!
