  The amount of space in the apartment was fantastic , the beds where very comfortable . The pool area lovely and quiet which was a bonus . The staff where very accommodating , allowed us to checkin early which was great as we arrived at the hotel at 09:00am and checkin was from 2pm, we had a room by 10:30. The hotel staff are courteous and pleasant and Youssef at the front desk was particularly notable for his professionalism. He made our stay even more welcoming by giving recommendations for places to go and for accommodating our request for a later checkout!

  Personale sempre attentissimo e ultra disponibile,la mia compagna ha avuto una intossicazione alimentare per del cibo mangiato all'esterno della struttura, lo staff si è reso subito disponibile a chiamare un medico a domicilio, dato che il medico a domicilio non era disponibile in breve tempo perchè giorno della preghiera, subito ci hanno chiamato... cosa dice la gente » un TAXI per portarci al più vicino ospedale,per fortuna non c'è stato bisogno perchè siamo riusciti a mantenere sotto controllo la situazione con un - La struttura e' molto carina.   Landmark Plaza Hotel was a great hotel to stay in. Located in Old Dubaiit is in a great position to shops and the souks. Staff were veryhelpful and hotel was very clean and great value for money - Service was excellent with clean rooms and helpfull staff.The restaurant had excellent meals with very attentive staff.

Fantastic place to stay if you dont mind the cab fare to the malls and other places in Deira and Bur Dubai. There are somany exciting things to do at the galleria like shopping, ice skating, nice restaurants, the only revolving restaurant in dubai which is at the hotel part of hyatt, i liked that we had acces to the hyatt regency hotel. Oh and the view fron our room was breath taking.
