The hotel was a big surprise did not expect it to be so nice. The staff were realy friendly and helpfull it was a delight to stay there and would do so again - . In centre of town. Excellent bar and restaurant reasonably priced and serving late. Staff very friendly and helpful.

After having looked at more comments after booking the hotel, I have to say I was a little worried that we would be disappointed when we arrived. However this was not the case!! I loved it! The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets. We stayed here because we were going to Twickenham stadium for the rugby, but would have loved to stay longer. We walked to the stadium, but we are good walkers and you can get a taxi easily. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was very well situated to the town and Station (5 min walk). It had it's own car park.
