We were there to hold a black tie celebration party for my son's 21st. Everything was superb. The venue room was ideal and freshly decorated. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and professional. Cathy and her team at the function couldn't have done enough. The whole evening went perfectly. Thank you.

Stayed there 4 times staff extremely helpful, no problems with noise, room extremely comfortable, breakfast excellent - wouldn't stay anywhere else when in West Midlands. - The golf next to hotel,the staff excellent and very helpfull.The hotel is near all motorways.The food was good.

We were accompanying elderly parents who were attending a funeral. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, rooms were exceptionally comfortable and the food served at the adjacent White Horse pub was good value with loads of choice. The parents were really impressed with the level of hospitality. -

I thought the standard of the room and ensuite were excellent. It was tastefully decorated and there were plentiful supplies of refreshments and toiletries. The parking was on site and the location was perfect in terms of motorway and our onward plans. Breakfast was extensive and the proprietor was helpful and informative. I felt really comfortable here.

On arrival I was welcomed with a warm friendly smile from Kate who signed me in with no fuss and showed me to my room. The room itself was charming and spotlessly clean and as a frequent traveller I had two of the best nights sleep I've had in many a night in a small hotel.

Being a sole female traveller (for a two night stay while I sat exams nearby) I was extremely relieved to be welcomed in by Kate (the proprietor) who I felt made it her priority to make sure I was comfortable, informed and reassured throughout my visit. The bed was a dream to sleep in and the breakfast was more than substantial with Bill even helping to defrost my windscreen one morning! Thank you again for a lovely stay.
