Rooms clean and well looked after. Nice staff. Beds comfy. Bar always open during normal hours. Location; quiet, 50m from beach and opposite tram station. Tea//coffee facilities in bedroom. Lift. Our lads loved their room. Free wifi. Games room (but pool £1 & take your own darts) Allowed take away food back in hotel room. (except fish & chips as leaves strong odour) Value for money.

The decor of the room was excellent the bed very comfortable and plentyof pillow. Especially the green/teal colour of the curtains was verynice I would like to know where they got the fabrics from. This was a small boutique hotel with only 14 rooms. The room was beautifully decorated and all our needs catered for, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the Chef stayed late to ensure we had a meal on our late arrival. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Blackpool. -

We received a very warm welcom on arrival at this small but beautiful hotel. The hotel room was finely decorated and warm. A particularly nice touch was a stem of red roses and heart shaped chocs that were on the bed when we entered our room - Valentines weekend. the hotel is spotless and we had a lovely breakfast, including a vegitarian option. -

Helpful staff, easy parking - The facilities in the hotel were exactly as described and the stay was everything we hoped it would be. overall the room was clean and comfortable, the pool and fitness center was more than expected and the staff were courteous, and catered to our requirements promptly.

Very friendly and helpful as I needed directions etc.
My vegetarian breakfast was delicious.
The room was clean and comfortable I was even allocated a double bedroom which was nice.
Thank you Steve and Lesley for a lovely stay - exellent service the hotet was clean food very good the owners were very helpfull

Friendly staff gave us an automatic upgrade as the room was available. Breakfast was excellent, with the best cooked eggs I have ever had in a hotel. It was easy to control the temperature in the room and we were very comfortable. Well situated on the sea front, clean and modern, we were delighted with our choice. We will definitely return to and also recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was to our liking! The room we had was excellent, with exceptional bed linen and towels, tea and coffee making facilities and little extras supplied in the bathroom. I could not fault anything. The staff were amazingly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable with everything I could need. The location was perfect for my plans and not too noisy. And the price definitely did not reflect the service. For the price I paid, I was expecting a lot less than what I got, so was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again. And I liked the little honesty box for snacks in the lounge area.
