si trova in un quartiere tranquillo - La cosa migliore dell'hotel è l'estrema vicinanza al centro e alla stazione Victoria dalla quale si possono prendere autobus metro e treni per ogni destinazione. le stanza piccoline...ma non è che mi aspettassi una reggia,èandata bene così perchè per pochi giorni basta un letto per dormire ed una buona colazion

We stayed at this hotel for one night due to my husbands work, didn't want a long journey home that night. We arrived and were upgraded to an ensuite though we didn't pay for it, which was kind. The rooms are basic but clean and we were very impressed with the breakfast the next morning. Management was lovely and were more than helpful to us. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you want value for money, a clean room and nice staff.

We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay agai

The hotel itself is the star of the show...beautiful restoration.....it is like walking around a film set! Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! Great ambience and relaxing area to sit/eat...also lovely selection of food to choose from.

The lady who greeted us at reception was exceptional. (Approx 14:30 on
24th May). She said her shift hadn't long started so she was still
there late evening. She explained how we travel to the city and to call
reception for help with anything. A very good member of staff. -

Low price and proximity to Paddington Station (a five minute walk) for the Tube to get to the City and quick access to Heathrow Airport via the Heathrow Express.

It was located directly across the street from the metro/subway stop, which made getting around in London quite easy. There was also a small supermarket just a few buildings down the street - and you could purchase your morning coffee just inside the subway stop.

the cleanliness of the room was a plus plus. I had stayed in a "supposed" budget hotel days earlier for which i had spent the same amount and was not as good as clapham. the tea facilities were a major plus too and the shower was amazing. i wish we were not there for business otherwise it'd have been nice to stay an extra day to just chill with my friends.

An absolute luxury stay and example of impeccable design and service. we were treated so well from start to end of our stay by all the staff. i wish i could have stayed longer but it was for my birthday treat so just one night. i also had afternoon tea which was an amazing experience and one i would wholeheartedly recommend! -

Exceptionally polite and friendly service - upgraded to a suite for our anniversary at no extra cost, and given complimentary wine. Brilliant hotel in every way. - I got a great deal for a Sunday night stay. Very good hotel, great central location 2 mins walk from the tube. Don't forget to turn left out of the tube. *****
