  hotel was nice and clean.i liked the fact that the family room was on the ground floor which was a huge help esp. with the children and the push chair. loved the fact that they had a restaurant as part of the hotel in a separate building serving great food at great prices. staff esp. one in particular - sorry didn't take his name but a real asset ... cosa dice la gente » to your work force and a real gentleman. overall a nice hotel. - The staff were amazingly helpful as we were travelling with young children we had a few issues to get through but we were made to feel welcome from the first minute. The rooms were clean and well maintained, beds were comfortable and room temperature bathrooms etc very clean.They made every effort to make us comfortable and this went a long way to making our trip to the nearby theme park more enjoyable.

  A lovely building, carefully maintained, scrupulously clean, friendly welcome, personal attention, small, exclusive, high standard. Reasonably convenient for NEC. - Jenny was really helpful the room and food was lovely would highly recommend. We will use again
