  Then entrance to the reception was beautiful and the grounds spectacular. Eeverything was available. The food in the resturant was brilliant - Everything was enjoyable it was very peaceful and relaxing.

This is a lovely, friendly, traditional hotel, with lots of period features and our room was very clean and a decent size. We had dinner in the hotel and breakfast and the food was lovely. Would like to say a special thank you to Emma (Duty Manager) and all the staff that were working the weekend of the 29th November for making our stay as good as it was.

  My wife who's Japanese stayed and she'd like me to convey that the hotel was beautiful and set in a fantastic town. All the people she met, from the hotel staff to the local people, were really friendly and speaking to her making her feel really welcome.
