We booked a suite and it was worth every penny, great views great room great breakfast.
We had a swim and had the pool to ourselves its a little dated and in need of some TLC but you would have to be a real winger to complain about this detail. The lifts worked fine but we opted to walk up the tastefully decorated stairs.

Breakfast -
Stayed for a weekend in February 2013 and we enjoyed every minute. Hotel very welcoming, clean, nice and warm.
Restaurant is mega quirky and a joy to relax in.
Leisure area utilised, sauna excellent combined with dips in the pool (Which was a bit fresh!)
The breakfast was - delicious. Plenty of choice to be had both hot and cold.
All in all a very enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will book again without hesitation!

All of the staff were very welcoming, and work hard to ensure you have a great stay. Having stayed in a few of the Hotels rooms now, weve found them all to be very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was first class, with plenty of choice, and very well cooked. Genuinely the best guest house we've ever stayed in. Excellent location, easy walk to newquay centre, fistral beach or other beaches. Accommodation is modern, very clean and lacks nothing. Breakfast was to the standard of any five star hotel that we've stayed in. The owners are very pleasant and cannot do enough to please. I booked this quite late after having a browse on the letsbookhotel.com, I read some reviews, looked at the location and was great. Room and facilities were fantastic, great shower, very comfortable bed, light clean room with plenty of areas for clothes to go, owners were the best part, were helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to make your stay more comfortable, even gave my friend a lift to the wedding, if we were going to miss breakfast they gave little take away breakfast bag. Would stay here again.

Awesome historic building overlooking the sea but don't be put off. Room was very modern, heated bathroom floor and the best shower I've ever been in. Clearly renovated recently. Restaurants were good, great breakfast (overlooking the ocean) and dinner. Friendly enough staff. Little expensive but not overpriced. Would stay here again.

Loved the location - right on the beach easy 3-5 minute walk into town. Staff was extremely friendly. Beach house was comfy and roomy and decorated as a beach house not uptight hotel. Office recommended horse back riding that was cheap n fun - they rented movies also for free which was nice.

Overall an excellent hotel and experience. Basic rooms but very comfortable. THE cleanest rooms I have seen in my 30+ years of travelling (and that includes staying frequently in 5 star hotels). Very friendly owners and staff. Extremely nice breakfasts. Will be staying there again when I need to visit that part of the country.

I cannot fault this hotel, it was well organised with helpful friendly staff, excellent facilities in the room and throughout the hotel.
The pool was warm, and clear, with perfect steam room, sauna and the bubbliest jacuzzi.
Having complimentary bath robes and slippers was delightful, and there were plenty of teas, coffee and shampoos in our room and the shower was hot and powerful. The TV worked well, and it was nice to have a table in the room to sit at for reading.

I loved that we were made to feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The couple had a good knowledge of the local area despite only bring in place for the last six months. The breakfast was excellent my husband even had scrambled eggs & smoked salmon one day!! All in all we had spent a wonderful weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary

A warm and friendly welcome greeted us on our arrival. The hotel is in a fantastic location with lovely clean rooms (ours had a sea view) and everything we needed to hand. To top it all off the breakfast was superb - best full english I've had in a long time. Next time we head for Newquay we will be booking in at the Kallacliff

Too much to say in one review, I stay away at least two nights a week. It takes a lot for me to a) really impressed and b) almost speechless, however being shown to Room 5 did both those things!!

wow the lewinnick lodge is amazing, everything about our stay was fantastic, we stayed for two nights in the sunrise room. huge room with views over fistral beach, room spotless and the king size bed was very comfortable, bose I-pod dock, walk n shower and roll top bath by the window, breakfast included and was very good, we had dinner on both nights and was also excellent, the staff were friendly and very helpful, fresh milk delivered to our room for tea and coffee if you want good food, great
