The hotel was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum (just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful and the hotel was very clean. The room also was clean and modern but it was a bit small. Our double bed was butted up to the wall. It was certainly cosy! I didn't notice the noise too much but it is London after - Hotel very central , less than 5 mins walk from tube station,Staff very friendly and helpful, Hotel very clean, modern and quiet , was expecting a tiny room but got a twin room 507 was fine with a spacious bathroom ,TV , free wifi and tea coffee facility.. perfect for what we needed for our trip to London. we only needed to shower and sleep as we didint need to be in room all day..would recommend Eden Plaza to everyone wanting a break away to london for convenience alone to central london and

  The receptionist were friendly and always smile when they saw us. We got the basement rooms as we booked three rooms and requested for the rooms to be closed to each other. I am happy that the hotel were able to fulfill this request. We really love the modern design of the rooms. Wifi was free and it's very fast too.   We had a deluxe room. It was immaculately clean on arrival as well as after being serviced each daty. The room looked newly renovated. It was large by London standards, as was the bathroom. The breakfast room was was warm, but the fans help - The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we paid included a continental breakfast so even better value. I would definitely stay here again.
