Ive satyed before and as the first time ive found the place to be excellent! the staff the room the facilities everything was what I expected!! keep up the good work!
All the things are really good, the room is big and lovely, clean, a big TV and the staff are really kind and helpful!!!
the location is a bit far from centre(so they can give a cheaper price :D) , but it is ok for me.

Takes approximately 50 min to get into city centre using public transport. (Which was totally fine by us but you might want to be aware of this)

The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. We stayed for 5 days and the room was cleaned daily. Also they replenished items such as toiletries, milk, tea and coffee without question and on demand. The area offered lovely restaurants at walking distance and overall it was wonderful!! we loved it :)

Good enough big size room,very clean room and new beds. Very safe. Location is great, 8minutes walk to East ham tube station connected with district line. direct buses to stratford and london city airport. Lot of indian/asian restaurants and 24hrs grocery store around. I will sure comeback for next visit. breakfast is limited and you can not expect more when compared with price of the room.

Conveniently located a short walk from East Ham underground station. Very welcoming staff and the hotel is well specified. It's obviously relatively recently renovated (I suspect for the Olympics in 2012). Breakfast - which consisted of cooked breakfast (egg/sausage/beans), toast and croissants, yoghurt, fruit - was good. I also ate in the pub one evening and the food and beer were good.
The lighting in the bathrooms (I've stayed twice in different rooms) is pretty poor. It's a single LED downlight in the centre of the room which means it's behind you when you're trying to shave. But that is a very minor point on balance.

It was a fantastic hotel, easy to get to from tube station, for me I was staying with boyfriend and had everything we needed. Staff were lovely, breakfast was just enough. I didn't notice any noise from other customers, or traffic outside. Will b definitely staying here again.
Nothing everything was fine
Good location, nice staff, good value. Relatively new hotel. Short walk to closest underground station and all of London is at your feet (after approx. 20 comfortable minutes on the subway). Simple but filling breakfast (toast, eggs and sausages).
The wifi is a bit of a joke (typical hotel wifi - probably good connection in one particular corner of the reception), but I've come to understand that this is common practice for hotels. Room could have been cleaner (a bit of hair here and there, not clean garbage bin in the bathroom), but all in all good. I recommend this hotel.
We had 3 rooms booked. The hotel and the rooms were very nice and clean as we were would like them.
There were no parking space left as we arrived in the evening. Staff was more interested in watching film than in guests. The tap was broken in the bathroom. The breakfast was self service and confusion.
Very good value for money. Nice and quite new hotel. The staff was quick to assist with any problems. Breakfast was plain but good and filling. Five minutes from the closest underground station. Easy access to all of London.
No heating in the bathroom floor, and the aircon was automatically turning itself of every 60 minutes. The room was clean enough, but it had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned (particularly the sink and garbage bin, etc.). But all in all - for the price, this is a good stay and recommended!

Very friendly staff, nicely appointed hotel, very clean, good bar/pub downstairs, good location for travelling into London, (30 minutes on the tube), free secure parking a bonus, loads of places to eat nearby.
We stayed for 8 nights and were very pleased. You wont find a better hotel in london for that price. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is new and the twin room we stayed in was fairly spacious. A lot of tv channels including hd channels
There are things that can be improved. The lighting in the room and especially in the bathroom is very weak. The breakfast is not good especially the juices and the pastries which are unedible.
Every thing was perfect location, clean room/shower polite and helpful staff. underground station was five minutes walk away local shops and restraunts.

Two minor complaints; 1. the shower was too hot, though after a struggle we managed to get it to the correct temp - the control seemed jammed. We advised reception on checkout in the morning. 2. Breakfast was OK but a nicely fried egg would have been better, and better quality sausages and/or bacon.
The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation from any part of London. Very welcoming and caring staff, good breakfast, clean and quiet facilities - everything you need after long day in the city.
Secured parking, friendly & good service. And the pub next door is nice, I had a burger with my 5-yr old son, he loved it.

The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and modern. Overall the stay was pleasant.
Arrived at the kitchen for breakfast and dinner 15 minutes before the closing time but they had already packed up. Room was very small.

no English eating establishments anywhere local except the pub adjoined to the hotel and had 2 very good meals there and one bad. limited parking which was ok until I found out the staff were taking up the parking spaces and I was paying £2 an hour to park outside.

Good value for money. The room and the hotel is very very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The Underground station (East ham) is 10 min walking from the hotel. It is really nice hotel and the price is reasonable.

The hotel was clean (daily cleaning with fresh towels), breakfast was fine and the personnel was friendly. Wifi in the room worked well, just ask for the login and password daily (only valid for 24 hours). It's a seven minute walk to East Ham metro. There are many great Indian restaurants around the corner. We also loved the pub next to the hotel, the Ruskin Arms. Very relaxed crew and there's a nice selection of beers and food. You can play pool billiart and games (and watch sports of course!). We absolutely enjoyed our stay.
Good hotel and spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast with lots to choose from. Low cost for London. Easy reach of the tube (turn right out of the station). Hope to return.
I liked the fact that the staff on the desk were interested in me and were very friendly and helpful.
The shower had a bad leak and there was no plug for the sink.

The Hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good, especially the chocolate scones. The hotel was very clean and roomy compared to the price.
Little disappointed that there was no bacon at breakfast. The location is a little ethnic. It wasn't a problem during the day but being two young girls coming home late at night.. it could get scary since the streets were filled with just men during the late hours. We were followed home one night by two young men whistling and hooting to try get our attention and were more than once goggled at by large groups of men.

Didn't like much the area but its on
my single room was clean, large with a comfortable bed. the bathroom was spacious and modern. large tv. effective, individually controlled airconditioning which was on when I got to the room which was appreciated as a hot day. hotel is about 1km or 10 minutes walk from east ham underground station (turn right out of station and on same side). you can get a #104 or 474 bus (from opposite side of road to the station) to the hotel. staff said hello each time they saw you. breakfast was good with a variety of hot food and cold meat and salad vegetables, toast and juice, some cereal, buns and cakes.
doors with keycards do close with a bang as handle cannot be turned from outside. 4 out of the 5 nights I stayed there was a group of guests slamming doors and yelling in corridors up till midnight but that is the guest's, not hotel's fault. once people were in their rooms though you couldn't hear voices or televisions.
