Ann and Steve were excellent and friendly hosts, always eager to help with advice. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The room was clean, light, simple and very comfortable. The guesthouse is situated only two-minutes walk from the promenade and only a five-minute walk from the start of many walks up the Great Orme.
We would recommend this guesthouse to everyone going to Llandudno, great value for money!. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
The room we were given was at the back of the building with quaint sash
windows. The view from the room was of the back alleyway, but it was
very peaceful and we slept with the window open all night, which made
the room all the more comfortable. The Breakfast staff were incredibly
good, friendly and polite. An amazing breakfast.
Everything the owners made us feel at home at arrival and they are running a great cozy hotel in a great location of Llandudno, Anne and Steve were great hosts and very friendly I have already recommended Tegfan to a number of friends and I will be back in the summer for another stay.

Service was excellent, wonderful breakfast for a low price. Very clean and we were made to feel welcome. Good location for everything, but quiet.
Room was very comfortable, the dining room was spotless as was the room. Couldnt fault it and would highly recommend this guest house.
Nice room, Big enough. Ensuite, although small, is better than a shared bathroom in my opinion.

Nice and quiet.
Clean and Tidy.
Close to town centre with free on street parking. Clean and tidy rooms
and communal spaces. Good breakfast selection, well cooked. Nice
powerful shower.
The guest house staff were friendly and nothing was too much even though it was full.
The contact prior to arrival & the welcome.
Location but nothing else is appealing.
location for centre good.
This page has no info next to the ranking options-I am hoping I have selected the best one for each question! I stayed with my 8 year old son. It felt safe and secure (what you want when travelling as a lone parent) and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the facilities were fine. The bnb is very close to the sea front and shops but still very quiet at night. The only thing disturbing our sleep was the sea gulls! We would definitely stay again.
Nothing....it was great. We were left to our own devices once we had
been shown to our room.
nothing.
Everything was lovely!.
n/a.
In my en suite room there was no shower and a very small bath. Not a big problem at all, but not ideal.
no bad points at all.
Nothing.
Not a problem with the Hotel but as there was no parking we had to drive around and around until a space opened up :/.
N/A.
Nice room but strange on-suite, downside - stairs.
We did not find anything to
complain abouit.
There was nothing to dislike.
nothing at all, liked everything.
Nothing.
Nothing at all.
The toilet wAs awkwad to get to as the sink was right in front of it. No help geting luggage to top floor!.
nothing really.
i cant think of anything.
There was no shower in the single en-suite.
Had to wait for more toast, but we had finished breakfast then it arrived.
No guest lounge.
No brown sugar at breakfast.
The room smelt of cigarette, including lying on the pillows. Would not go there again unfortunately. We have emailed them but had no reply.
Stayed in room 7 which was a little dated and looked a bit like a
student bedsit. However, the ensuite had been spruced up. Owners say
they took over 2 years ago so are clearly still in process of updating.
Book early to get a better room, we were literally on the last minute.
The room were a little drifty
The window let in the wind.
Breakfast room could do with background music - too quiet for a small
room as guests aware of others listening to conversation. Not being
asked when beverage was required - Tea was cold as was top up water -
when asked for fresh pot no fresh cups...it was the full cups of cold
Tea that needed replenishing also side plate being taken when still
eating. No sign of hosts until breakfast was virtually over.
The owners were off and hand and rude when I checked in. Having a problem with contacting one of my daughters in Wales, the owners left a very rude voice mail on my other daughters phone saying I didnt know what I was doing and I couldnt work my own telephone and she had better contact me immediatley. My daughter then panicked as she thought there was a problem, when my mobile was simply out of range. I am not a stupid man and did not appreciate the owners being so patronising.
The whole communication and lack of hospitality from the proprietors. They were totally unwelcoming. We checked in, paid and had to hurry to an event. The experience was so frosty that we decided on reflection not to stay but to collect our things after the evening dinner and drive home. Eg we asked the time of breakfast on Sunday morning and were told "8.30 to 9.15 and the door closes at 9.15"!.
lady owner tried to treat us like schoolchildren saying that we couldnt stay out untill 2pm!! also that we couldnt take our golf clubs into our rooms!!must have thought we were going to practice our swing on the carpet, not a nice person at all.
