  The apartment was modern, spacious and extremely clean, with a huge window overlooking Nicholson street. We relaxed watching the world go by and still the noise wasn't a problem at all. The area has any facility that you might need, and it takes you about 10 min on foot to reach the Royal Mile. Or you might catch a bus, which is just round the cor... cosa dice la gente » ner. We travelled with our 2 kids aged 7 and 4, they loved going up and down the apartment and we felt safe. - Good location in quiet back street but close to shops and restaurants and not too far from city centre and station. I was initially dismayed to find the apartment is in a Hall of Residence but there was no appreciable noise from the student element of my fellow residents. Apartment was well equipped and comfortable

  Great location and convenient for pubs cafes, shops and sight seeing. Our room situated at the back was quiet and we had a good night's sleep. Very helpful and cheerful receptionists. The fire-alarm went off on one occasion, firemen turned up and declared it as a false alarm, at least we felt safe.
