  apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Great to have a balcony.Parking a small hassle as none on site and you park up the road. Location good - 5-7 mins walk to Princes Street and 10-15 mins walk to Royal Mile/castle. Buses stopped outside the hotel to go to Princes street if you didn't fancy the walk. Food was good, we had breakfast and was lovely with lots to choose from. Didn't eat there otherwise but saw the food and it looked very nice. Rooms and beds clean and comfy. Great hotel.

We loved Stay City - the apartment we got was fantastic, staff couldn't be more helpful in rearranging the double bed into a twin for us or in providing us with maps and information. Comfy double bed with sliding doors separating it from the kids sleeping on the sofa beds in the lounge area. This was much better than having a family room in a hotel.
