  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

Upon arrival the staff met with us on time and at the location with all the information needed. Additionally, there were extra keys since we had quite a few people. Excited abo - Although we booked 33 Villiers apartments the week before there was a ploblem with the apartment. Immediately the company Lifestyle informed us and offered another apartment at Meridian House which was an upgrade. I cannot fault the service they gave, the apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location excellent. It was a birthday treat for my wife and with a couple of friends had a great time. Thanks. Geoff.

  This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of London, & close to several of the attractions. With the tube being within walking distance, & a bus stop just below the apartment, it was a really convenient location. We travelled with my mother, & a 2.5 year old kid, & it was very well - The apartment was very clean,spacious,modern,well equipped and conveniently positioned for many of the top tourist attractions. A real plus is that The Bus Stop is immediately outside the front door ,Waterloo Tube station only 10 minutes walk and Lambrith North Tube station only 4 minutes walk which makes for easy travel around London.There is a great variety of take-away outlets ,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets in the area .Th

  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.
