Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked us a taxi when asked. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and the food was good value for money and excellent portion sizes. We also had breakfast which was great value for money. The room was basic but all we required. The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean.

The hotel is ideally situated just between the very city centre and the universities, it's walking distance from major Manchester sites. The room was comfortable, clean and had tea facilities. location was perfect. rooms were clean and comfortable. and the staff were exceptional especially Claire on reception who helped us when we needed an email printing off with our concert tickets on it. she also helped us with advice re travelling around manchester and gave us information about shops, restaurants etc. she really is an asset to this hotel and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Very friendly staff in Reception, allowing me to check-in well before the time I was supposed to. Also the best latte and danish pastry I had for a while! So close to Piccadilly Station and Canal Street, a couple of minutes walk.
Kettle in room with some tea and coffee. Plenty of storage and basic shower room and toilet. Can't ask for more. Convenient, clean and comfortable.

everything, staff were great and welcoming, room was great, beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower was amazing, like gettin a massage. - the location was a huge plus and have absolutely no complaints about the facilities. Would not hesitate in booking a room there again.

We got a great deal. The staff were very helpful, the 24 hour reception was very reassuring as it meant you could always get help with issues if any arose. Our property was safely secured in the room and they had a good luggage storage facility that was very useful for when we wanted to get out and see the city before and after checking in. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was functional, you couldn't ask for more in terms of value for money and I'd strongly recommend this hotel to anyon
