Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. I took a suite and 223 is one great suite, it is huge and the facilities are immense.

Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road.
Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay.
Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

Such a fantastic experience which I could of stayed another night but couldnt really afford another night :( would stay again but too far from anything like the good pubs in Covent garden etc. very lovely food :) best hotel ive ever stayed in!

La camera è molto pulita, ben arredata ed anche se non grandissima non manca niente! Anzi... i proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili! La camera viene riordinata e pulita ogni giorno e al nostro ritorno abbiamo sempre trovato un graditissimo presente. Mr. Tom è molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni tipo di richiesta! Il quartiere è residenziale e molto tranquillo, vicinissimo alla metropolitana ed anche a market e ristoranti.

The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it.
The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard.
The people couldn't possibly have been nicer and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. These personal touches make all the difference, particularly in London (

The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the
staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay
comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal
items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed
them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they
were superb and the atmosphere was great.

All the staff we met were polite, helpful and professional.
The room was well appointed and comfortable.
We had lunch, an evening meal and breakfast and all were excellent in both presentation and taste. - Friendliness and helpfullness of the staff.
