  This apartment was immaculate, and it's position is second to none, in the heart of Covent Garden. We did have some problems with the apartment as we were locked out for 4 hours 7-11.15pm on our first night - due to the lift breaking down and a lock failing on the second door, but on the night the staff (who were remote from the apartment) acted p... cosa dice la gente » romptly and were supportive. They agreed to a refund for one night. - We loved the whole look and feel of the apartment, it had everything we needed from bedding to cooking utensils. The washer/dryer was a bonus for us The location was excellent, quiet yet central, shops at you door step, basically you are in Covent Garden square. The apartment overlooked St Pauls church square which was lovely and quiet. It fulfilled all our needs and more

  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.
