We booked a one night stay to extend our holiday in Norfolk as the weather was so good. We arrived hot and gritty from a day on the beach to a warm welcome and were shown straight away to a lovely clean room. Lovely welcome. Owners were very friendly but not intrusive. As birdwatchers we were delighted by proximity to Snettisham. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. We had a great weekend at consid - it is a new build, decorated to a high standard, large spotless rooms (one larger than the other- we stayed in the large one) with nice showers and usual facilities.
