Nice big room with a large bathroom. Everything was very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Car parking was good and the extensive grounds were very well maintained. Bar was ok and staff friendly. They really put the extra effort in gor us. The Food was fantastic. I wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere when staying here. If you do, you are missing out. 2 amazing Christmas trees up in the Reception Rooms. I will definitely use again

  Excellent location for the NEC. Free parking. We stayed in room 115 on the 1st floor. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We even had a settee. There were tea & coffee making facilities in the room. There was plenty of space in the bathroom, unlike the tiny cramped ones you usually find.   A very homely, comfortable guest house. The owners, Stan and Jo are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious, as was the vegetarian spread they did for my son. It is only a 5 minute bus journey to the NEC, so a perfect location if you're going there. Hotel has nice touches such as the complimentary mini bar. Lovely room and good breakfast to start the day. Close to NEC,10 to 15 minutes walk to/from the local station and 4 minutes on the train to Birmingham International. Thanks again for a great stay. Will stay again
