The staff were really friendly. Any questions or quieries we had were ansered and they went out of there way to be helpful. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphre within the hotel. Value of money. We had an excellent stay - the staff were so helpful, polite and personable. Our room was prepared with an extra bed as requested, it was comfortable, clean, good size and well decorated. The food was excellent, lovely to sit in the bar with the pianist playing beautifully and it was super to use the leisure facilities. - our room was spotless as

The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel. We hope to return for a holiday next year. - this is

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. -
