  From the minute we arrived - which was very late, Rob the deputy manager couldn't do enough for us. This excellent service continued for the duration of our 3 night stay. - Breakfast excellent, hot and well presented using local produce. Rooms very comfortable, and spacious, with good en-suite facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff

  Location as I was working in Bourne for two days. Staff were friendly. Good value. The food was quite good. The place is what it is and served my purpose well. I will stay there again when I return next year. - Good bar, Reasonable priced food.   The staff were unbelieveably helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Arriving back from a function, we were too late for last orders, but no problem, they soon sorted us out. On the morning of our departure getting a taxi was next to impossible, but they soon helped us and we were soon on our way. About 10 minutes outside the market town of Bourne and within reasonable drive of several other Lincolnshire centres. Staff kind & friendly. We enjoyed our stay greatly.
