The staff were wonderful and so friendly and keen to give information about how to find places in Istanbul, couldn't be better. I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of
hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check-
out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the
luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel
was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place
next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend
others to stay at this hotel.

hotel anywhere in the world - they gave the impression that nothing was
too much trouble and they had all the time in the world for each guest.

The hotel staff and owner extended a genuinely warm welcome. I stayed on the ground floor and in one of the suites upstairs. Both the cozy downstairs bedroom to the small flat upstairs, all facilities had a high standard of comfort and quality. The rooftop terrace is an inviting place to relax while watching ferries cross the Bosporus.
The Cihangir neighborhood has a bohemian feel and gives you easy walking distance access to Taksim Square, a transport hub.
I definitely will return to Urban Sui

The building is a recently renovated historic building in the Cihangir district.The interior is bright and very clean. We stayed in the Sultan's Suite 2 in the first floor. The decoration is illuminating. The kitchenette has all sorts of kitchenware, dishwasher, tea/coffee machine and oven.

Everything about the suites was better than what I could have hoped for, the rooms are excellent in size and is immaculately decorated. The photos don't do it enough justice. The location is within walking distance to the most relaxed bistro's and bars. The hotel manager is one of the warmest people you will ever meet and you truly feel looked after :) definitely not the last trip to Istanbul and I know where I will be staying :)

We stayed as a group of three this May. Everything was just fine and smooth. Location is really perfect, just a few steps away from the busy Istiklal Ave, but very quiet (though we heard the echo of the nightclubs at night, they did not disterb us). This place is run by a group of polite and helpful students. The location is very near Istiklal avenue but it is on a quiet alley. Breakfast was also good and towel is provided for a deposit. There is also a kitchen where you can have your meal and free tea/coffee and meet other travelers.
