Next to Taksim Square. With the Havas Bus you directly get from the Airport to the Hotel.

Bed and pillow too hard. There should be possiblities to get a softer pillow. Waiters in the restaurant travel around all the time and create therebye a little nervous atmosphere.

nice siurprise in the room arrived- plate with fruits, slippers and bath-robe. Nice staff
bath-robe was taken away next day :( only slippers left... No any hotel's bath or waterpool. Unpleasant smell in the room: furniture was absorbed smoke, not nice to non-smokers nose. Breakfast- too litle choise of hot snacks, too litle dark rolls

Airconditioning was not good which made us uncomfortable
The hotel is well situated at Taxim area and well placed for commuting with the metro and buses. Hotel staff was friendly although there was a language barrier. Although the hotel needs renovation, the room was clean with clean towels and bathrobes everyday. The breakfast was ok - nothing fancy. We stayed on the 4th floor and proved to be quiet - the higher floor the better. Free wifi was great.
Very expensive for an average hotel - even for Istanbul standards. There was no ventilation in the bath room and there was no safety box in the room. In general, we believe that we could get a much better hotel for the money we spent.

The location near the Taksim square: a little bit too much noise. Hotel staff was barely speaking English. Waiters in the restaurant were walking around all the time. The hotel needs renovation.

There were loads of things i disliked. The wifi was a disaster, has to stay outside the room to check e-mails. receptionist very unhelpful especially asked for a wake up call which never came and i almost lost my flight.....
