the hotel is very nice positioned,clean and friendly.The live music in the bar is very nice
they keep your passports until the total payment of your stay is made,even if it is guaranteed by credit card.Therefore you have to pay in advance ,that is no professional.
The SPA.
It was a great hotel the staff were friendly, it's only a short walk to the tram stop and there is a fruit/snack store next door which is handy.
There is a small restaurant below the hotel that plays very loud music, so after 2 nights of being kept awake at night we changed rooms to a quieter part of the hotel which was much better. The facilities in the hotel are excellent although you only have free access to the gym/spa sauna between 11-5. Outside those hours you have to pay!
i like cleanliness of the hotel, it is on very good position, breakfast is excelent, value for the money
small room, pool is not free after 5 o' clock, internet did not work in rooms,
I used their spa facility and made use of their recommendation about tour and restaurant.
The restaurant the hotel recommended overcharged us.
the location is good, rooms are clean, good breakfast, and staff are friendly
there was lot of noise; we have problem with window - could not open and close widow; have problems sometimes with water and electricity
