Very quiet, very good breakfast.
At the last day, the clerk at the reception tried to charge us more than we owed, after talking with him for 15 minutes he understood he was wrong, next time they should prepare for the departure of their guests.
Breakfast was very good. The restaurant on 9th floor is very good with georgious view. A little bit expensive though. Two people need 60 euros with a bottle of wine
There was a smell in the bathroom the first day but the rest of the days we stayed it was vanished

External noise - double glazing on windows would help.
We had large double room which far exceeded our expectation. The decoration was nice despite, as the name suggested, full of cartoon's feature.
Its situated at the hub of the city. It can be very noisy even late at night despite being at the top floor.
The Brekfast on the top floor, there are winodws's wall to watch the Taksim area n landscape from a nice point of view. But breakfast there only once in five days... The position is very good for shopping n clubbing, n not far from the old city.
The heating system isn't very good and noisy. The rate price quality it's a bit high.

Our room was a bit noisy. We booked a double room matrimonial but we had a room with two beds put together. The Hotel should be rated as 3 stars.
we were impressed that before New Year the breakfast was served in the restaurant on the 9th floor with excellent view
we didnt like that hotel has 2 parts - renovated and the old one.....we were living in the old, not renovated room. Its also very difficult to understand why the hotel has name Cartoon...There are only few statuette (figurine) of some Disney heros and also we found something amazing-pictures with views of Istanbul decorated with stickers cutout from comics which were placed allover them
I didn't like any thing, The wither was to hot because the A/C didn't work.
