Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare

An excellent service from the staff( tour desk and spa included) very well placed ,nearby the beach , atbthe side of the biggest mall , into the shopping area and the main street of Patong.the restaurant is good.

We booked one night away from being busy parents on our honeymoon and
had an amazing time at La Flora. A beautiful hotel with beautiful staff.
A lovely lady could not wait to take us to our room and show us the
honeymoon cake, decorations and special things they had arranged for us.

If you decide to stay in Patong, this place has a great location, with immediate access to the sea, a short walk to all shopping and night-life venues. The service is excellent both by reception and concierge,... Any program you can organise with the help of the concierge locally. The breakfast is OK, too. Well, it's definitely not top-luxury, but clean, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Definitely gay-friendly, the gay beach is right behind the hotel.

The location is perfect in Patong, just a small walk from Bangla road, but also down a side soi so it feels a little removed.

Good location, friendly staff. No internet but very cheap or just go to thé café opposite and have it for free. Clean rooms, quiet, with elevator.small balcony for the smokers Beach just 1 km away. Nightlife around the hotel but the street is very quite. Breakfast /lunch/dinner available at different locations close to the hotel.

Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. The gym is very well equipped. -

Foyer and pool areas were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic! Liked that the mat in the elevator told me what day it was! Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location for young couples or friends. If we were to bring our daughter next time, we would stay at a quieter location. Patong is very busy. -

Amazing Hotel. Room and hotel lobby is excellently designed for comfort. Free Wifi and Breakfast! Hotel was very close walking distance to everything....Patong Beach, Bars, Shopping, even Hospital. Lobby design was unique and had games on table to play. We spent every evening playing games and having free cappucino from the coffee machine. Staff were friendly and there was this room service lady who works during the day i forgot her name but she was very helpful and always treated us like a fam
