  The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was a good size. The aircon was well maintained and worked well, which is a god send in that heat! It was in quite an ideal spot, the beach was a short walk away and the busy streets were close enough to walk to but far enough away to not hear them from our room.   Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The food down stairs was lovely 2 cheap and very tasty italian. Honestly lovely place stayed 2 extra nights. - Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money. The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....
