The staff was amazing, friendly and just plain awesome. I once accidentally paid 1000 baht note for a drink and on my next return informedme of my mistake and returned my change. Rooms are awesome, location is excellent. Perfect for a first timer to phuket.

location is perfect,very closed to bangla road and other populer places,staff is perfect,(they gave as a better room becouse it was our honeymoon-special thanx to Bass :) )there is a beatiful bar at the swimmingpool and breakfast is also very good.

Amazing hotel. Very good location just 5 min walk from Patong Beach ! And the main party street 2 min walk, but even if you go early to sleep you will not notice the party.
Great value for money. Location is about as central as you can get for Patong area. Good facilities.
Due to the great location, you can expect a great deal of noise from the main party strip during the night. If you like an early night, then perhaps this isn't the hotel for you.

The Kee hotel is well located. close to many attractions, beach, shopping, shopping mall, night life. family with small childrens need to supervise their childrens at night as the street close to hotel becomes prostitution road .
I think the tour agent located in the ground floor need to revise their prices to match the market rates it's almost 100% above market price .

Free Wi-Fi in room. Nice pool area and brilliant pool service! It was my second visit to the Kee implying that I really like this hotel. Definitely recommend!!!

The sunbed area around the pool wasn't the biggest. Had to pay for movies, other hotels has the movie channels free on the tv.
The ambience, the location was very near from Bangla road, patong beach, shopping center like jungleon mall, closed to food center, minimarket or street vendor and food stall, for the hotel it self great design, spacious room, wifi in room and TV, the pool was very nice
The flip flop sandal we can't bring as souvenir because they charge it, and the laundry bags also charged, so don't take anything from the room, the TV wifi sometimes doesn't worked

The Kee Resort and Spa is a very nice hotel with good spa facilities. It is also very close to the beach and within walking distance to Jung Ceylon. The room service is excellent.
This is my second visit to the Kee implying that I like this hotel. However, it may not be the best choice for families with young children, because of the noise from the intense nightlife.

The location. Its the best location in Patong. Very near to Bangla Road, the beach and Jongceyleon Shopping Mall. Its a modern hotel. I would stay at this hotel again for my next visit.

The hotel is in a great location - not far from beach and very close to crazy Bangla road! If you are after a quiet place to stay, this might not be for you. I was traveling on my own and enjoyed seeing all the craziness and then only having short walk back to hotel. The pool is great, and the room was lovely and view from rooftop are beautiful. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
After two weeks in Burma, the noise and music blasting at 1am when I arrived was a shock to the system! Having said that, that's what patong is all about and I found the room very quiet when I shut the balcony door. It is party time at the pool bar during the day also. Again, these are only negatives if you're keen for a quiet hotel room!

The so-called internet in the rooms was a joke. The keyboard/s (two) rarely worked and the connection was bad to the point where most sites just froze up and wouldn't work.
The staff was friendly and efficient. Location is near to almost everything.
