The room and bathroom are perfectly clean.Staff is very helpfull.Its 5 min walk to Patong beach, so its very quiet around hotel and u can have a good sleep.Bike rent is only 250baht per day , which is awsome, to drive around and check new beaches. I booked 3 days first, and now i extended for 10 days more. So from me, all the best. There is a really good gym across the street 170 baht per day. Or if u buy 1 week or 1 month , u will get a week or month for free. Family mart is next to the hotel.
Just small thing no tooth-brush and tooth-paste. There is no breakfast in hotel, but that was ok because restourant next to the hotel have good english breakfast set from 170 baht with juice and coffe included.

Clean, comfortable modern room, nice pool, free internet, very reasonable price (400baht for one night). Great location - 15 minutes walk from Patong Beach but away from the noise.
Super staff, very helpful, rooms were spotless and smart. Hotel only refurbished 12 months ago. Free safes, TV, wifi.. Great location for staying out of the bustling nightlife and as taxi travel is so cheap not a problem. Highly recommended.
I stayed here for 1 night and i really like it. I didnt expect too much because of its value and most of the hotel looks good on photo but not in personal,good thing in this hotel what you see is what you get. The room was clean and great for its value.

My second stay in this hotel. It is clean and new. Room price is cheap compared to other similar standard hotels. Friendly service yet no pushy selling of tours/bike rentals, etc. Highly recommended.

Patong - be aware this is now very western and an upcoming party capital. If you are after this it's great but if you want to visit a more genuine Thailand stay in chalong.
I liked the clean rooms with beautiful interiors n the closeness of the beaches around can just rent a bike n in a day can go around as many beaches as possible....would recommend this hotel to friends.. Sanish from India
I did not like the booking done by letsbookhotel.com site which showed that 2 rooms were booked as only 1 room was booked that's why it was little hassle during arrival
What didn't we like? :) Location ideal as away from the main tourist trap of Patong, but also close enough that the beach is a 5 minute walk. Lots of local restaurants nearby. 7/11 & Family Mart right outside. Hotel is very new, clean and comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly & efficient. Swimming pool big enough for a refreshing dip on the roof top with lovely view over Patong & the mountains. Room cleaned daily to an extremely high standard. Lots of choice of cable TV channels. Very quiet in the room (soundproofing) and a/c nice and strong.

Room was spacious, clean and fairly new. The staff were friendly, owner was always present and hospitable. I got to pay half day rate for late check out til 6pm since my flight is at 10pm. Hotel is across a family mart which I think is open 25 hrs, good conevenience store where they have most of what you need even a sunblock! :)
It's not a big deal but the hotel isn't in the strip of Patong Beach which was what I expected but nonetheless if you feel lazy to walk, tuktuk ride along Patong costs only 200 baht.
Great hotel, good location, very nice rooms, staff are friendly and helpful, scooter hire is a must to explore the island on your own.

Great price for a lovely extremely clean room, comfy bed, good tv, hot shower, it's got the lot. A short walk to the centre of action. Just what we like so we sleep somewhere quiet. All boxes ticked.
It's super clean with large rooms comfortable beds large bathroom with good shower,air con and free water daily. The hotel is a few mins walk from the beach and in a perfect location that is quite with nice restaurants with night market up the road every 2nd night. The hotel is such a reasonable price for the quality you are getting. On the roof is a lovely pool. Not quite big enough for lengths but big enough to cool down in. There are plenty of sun lingers, and very comfortable too. The hotel reception provide towels for the pool. I have a great stay there:)

Great value, big rooms, clean, new, air conditioning working, not far from the beach. Swimming pool which doesn't close at 20:00 like most of them in Patong. Perfect if you would like to chill your body later at night (particularly after sunburn) . Staff extremely helpful and smiley, you can feel that they are here to help you. Maybe if they have a bar - that would be a 6 stars - but I didn't find it inconvenient. Great place to stay.

-The staff was consistently rude. -On our last day, we asked for help taking a bus to Krabi, and the girl at the cash told me it would be 1100 baht. I gave her 1500 baht to take to the bus company, and when she got back she only gave change of 100 baht. People tried to rip us off a lot in Patong, but that was the worst by far. Count your change and get a receipt for everything!
