The helpful staffs were excellent, especially the man whom I didnt

I have enjoyed your service , however on my last stay at the citrus Bkk I booked the wrong day, I was a day earlier, I explained my fault and paid extra , so I hope I am not charged for the later day I did not stay, can you please check for me

We love the clean and homely layout of the rooms, conveniently near to Bumrungrad Hospital, so much to see along the side walk and near to Nana station too.
"Thank you" to the friendly and patient Staff who make our stay a pleasent one. - clean and modern. room well appointed and good design. I will return there.

Hotel is amazing. Room is so comfortable,clean, wifi free and high speed. I love the gym and their swimming pool. Crave restaurant had good selection of wines, staff friendly as well.

Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Climate control is excellent with an easy to use digital thermometer. Close to Bumrungrad where I had medical checks and surgery. -

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed .the hotel is location is at
the heart of the sukhmvit where all the night life comes alive. Also
really lived the hotel the staff were very friendly comfortable rooms

away. The room was very clean and tidy with a nice big tv and plenty of
channels to choose from. For Bangkok we thought this was value for money

The staff has clearly been trained and motivated to be as welcoming as possible, and it showed. They were friendly, efficient and unfailingly helpful.
The room was large, modern, clean and everything worked well.
The Terminal 21 shopping mall beneath the hotel had plenty of stores and a food court.
As everyone knows, traffic on Sukumvit Road can be a nightmare, but this hotel's location is fabulous for getting ground Bangkok without sitting in traffic -- it is at the junction of the Skytrain
