Located right next to the Democracy Monument (unknown to us there were very noisy 24/7 political demonstrations going on right on the hotels doorstep, but not their fault at all!), so the location is pretty much unbeatable, walking distance to Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Chao Phraya Express ferry stop, Khao San Rd, Golden Mount, with plenty of buses running through the area allowing you to easily reach other areas of the city. The girls at the desk were amazing, they made you feel right at home and . tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
We had a room with window (the cheapest one has no window) and it was
very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful, they asked about our plans
and helped to plan buses or trains to get to our destination and wrote
us in English and Thai all important information :) Location, it is
about 5 minute walk to Ko San and about 25 to Royal Palace. Place has
convenient location and yet is very quite.
The staff was very very friendly and spoke good English! They gave us
tips for sightseeing and how to get to the different locations. Staying
there really felt like staying at someone's home.
The location was also very good: You can get to Khaosan Street within 5 minutes and also the other sightseeing temples are within a walking distance.
the staff there was really nice, i was so impressed by her hospitality and her genuine smile. She also gave us a lot of travel tips which are really helpful. You can order your breakfast there which makes people feel at home. The hotel is not big, but very comfortable and elegant. The room is very clean and quiet.
Staff is very nice and helpfull. The room with no window is worth the price, the room with window is a little too expensive for what it is and has more mosquitos.
Breakfast is available for a 100 baht per person, good especially if one craves european toast and some eggs.
Very kind staff, she gave us a Bangkok map and spent nearly 1 hour to tell us the places, routes and buses of Bangkok.
Very close to the Grand Palace and KaoSan Rd. About 15 minutes away from the Siam Center by tuktuk.
I love the decoration there.
Staff is great and very helpful. You can easily reach main palaces and Khao San road by walk (even thought I don't recommend a lot of walking in BKK due to the traffic caos). Hotel is clean and a great value for money.
After crazy days and nights in Bangkok, you just feel so peaceful when you go back to this calm hotel. All the receptionists are really nice and helpful! Bed really comfortable and room really clean.
Nice, clean and quiet. The rooms are pretty simple and small but absolutely spotless! The receptionist was really friendly and speaks good English. Good location for exploring the city.
The staff were very welcoming, accommodating and informative about
things to see and do in the city. The hotel really does have a nice
decor and earns its claim as a boutique hotel.
- Very nice staff
- always helpful to make our stay the most comfortable
- Room was always clean and located closely to Khaosan Road and the Grand Palace
We would go there again!.
The staff is very polite, helpful and friendly, the breakfast is rich and tasty, the atmosphere is relaxing and charming. Good place to stay, recommended!.
staff is very kind and friendly, help a lot ^^it's near Khao San road, really convient after drinking^^ rooms r so clean, even don't need to wear shoes.
The Atmosphere was very familar. We liked that hotel very much. It was my Second Time there, Would Come back for the next Time :).
Very helpfull staff, great location - 2 minutes from kaho San road but far enough from the noise. Good value for the money.
5 minutes walk from Kawasan road. stuff were extremely friendly and helpfull.
we had a room with no window and it was ok.
the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The location is very good - 10 minutes walking to the Grand Palace.
Excellent and helpful staff
Walking distance to Wat Pho,Grand Palace and Khao San
Quiet location
Good breakfast.
Staff were most informative and helpful and could not have done more for us. Very impressed by them.
Great location, excellent staff! Really helpful and took time to explain
directions, order taxis etx.
The staff were wonderful even drew us little maps and recommended where to go, taxi fares etc.
Location excellent, staff super friendly, we had a very short but very pleasant stay.
The best staff! Thank you very much, the girls at the front desk.
Great location.
The staff are very nice and helpful. Easy access to all the major sight-seeings.
The hotel's girls team just amazing. They always help. I had a lot
of fun there.
The hotel is in a very quiet street and in walking distance to
Khaosan Road.
Nice staff, willing to help and advice. Rooms are clean, location is great!.
Really clean, rooms serviced daily, comfortable bed, location.
Friendly staff who are beyond helpful and genuinely caring.
perfect location and good enough rooms and service.
Good location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.
Room very clean and beautiful.
nice staff very helpful.
everything.
It was only 5mins walk from Khoa San road so you had the benefit of
being close by but without all the noise.
The furnitures old style and the stay in proximity of some
important monuments.
Simple but tasty breakfast. Clean room and bathroom. Good location.
Actually the wrong place for me. Totally.
Pretty difficult to find at the beginning (as the street continues after the big monument roundabout...you will need the part of the street NOT on the McDonalds side!). Luckily a kind local called the hotel for us and one of the girls came and collected us.
I only lacked some wardrobe to put our backpacks, we have to keep them
by the wall it was messy all the time.
Sometimes there was a bad smell which came from the drain in the
bathroom. However, it got better when you used the airconditioner. As we
have seen another room in the same hotel which didn't have the
problem with the smell, I guess that only some of the rooms have this
drain problem.
the price is a little bit out of my budget. i think 1100B would be more acceptable.
The rooms are just simple rooms.
The breakfast could be improved.
It just miss a plug in the bathroom.
Our aircondition didn't really work, so it was quite hot in the room.
The shower didn't have a cubicle so water temporarily floods
the bathroom floor. I found this setup to be common in south-east
Asian hotels.
it is in a narrow street and there is no view, but it is safe and not far from Khao San Road.
A Little Too Hard beds.
Small room, no windows.
located in a small alley that lack lights.
Wardrobe in the roon only with hangers without shelves.
Rooms small, no shelves or hooks/pegs on the wall to hang clothes.
If you book the cheap room you get no window - they did give me option
to upgrade but I chose not to as it was more and its just a place to
sleep. It does smell bad but a few mins with aircon its fine, toilet
didn't flush properly and shower head fell off during shower but
still really good value place.
Room very noisy in the morning lots of banging from 07.00.
Breakfast was poor.
having to give a time that I would be down for breakfast. Breakfast was ok.
smelling was a bit bad.
Quite expensive for what you get but that might be due to location. Breakfast was disappointing- couldn't get scrambled eggs instead of fried, sausages weren't very nice.
The shower shares floor with toilet. It's vey common in Southasia but very unconfortable.
disgusting smell in the room in smelt like poo all the time, even when the air con was on. Also where the lodge is is down a dark road which i did not like.
nothing.
At time of booking I didn't read the small print so I didn't
realize there were no windows in the room, but in its location it
didn't matter for the view, it mattered for the airing, the room
hadn't been aired sufficiently so it had an unpleasant smell, not
bad bad just maybe a bit of airing and a room freshener wouldn't
have gone a miss.
I was particularly unlucky because during my stay near by the hotel an
endless and noisy demonstration against the Government was going on
round the clock with music speaches etc at any time . I was forced to
change the hotel after an horrible night . This is occasional and not
their fault but happened . No one khnows how long will be the
demonstration , probably still on .
When we asked for the taxi, going to the airport, the receptionist
advised us that the meter-taxi company does not have a suitable car (4
people travelling with bags) and the only she can order is not meter
taxi for 600 bth (very expensive for thai standard). We discovered that
the hotel kept part of that money and rest went to the driver!.
situated really away from everything, quiet but costly in Terms of Transport to anything. I had no breakfast as they forgot to wake me up in the morning.
Also the room I got had no window and I could hardly sleep. But I overread the Details in the booking context. My mistake.
