the club flor was colsed. thers is no reason to sell rooms to this flor. i got a regular room on floor 10.

Everything, it was a very lovely place to stay

If you want a room with two beds you need to be on the smoking floor.

All great, quiet aircon,no building noise,great hotel

The bed was hard, but to be fair, major renovation is being carried out. This may be different on other floors.

The new design of the room. The position of the telephone and the room services book across the glass table is just ridiculous. To top it all, there is a lamp that stretches across the table and prevents you from reaching to the phone.

spa was ok

as picked up from airport the knew my early arrival room was not ready and had to stay for half day in other two bed room i did not change after hotel under renovation so breakfast downstairs not ideal and if i had known this before i would not have taken it

I stay at Grand Hyatt just because I'm a member, else nothing I like.

The response given to me was NOT according to my membership level, the staff there was also not of that level trained to AND the facilities there were also of ot that level. All this matter I'm to file a complain at Hyatt Gold Membership forum.
