Friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms with comfortable beds & pleasing modern decor and amenities. Very good breakfast and restaurant and useful foyer snack cafe that makes great coffee. Small but adequate pool & gym area.

I'm being picky but the corners of the shower could use a scrub. NOTE: It's in a very busy part of "tourist" Bangkok if you visit in the high season. It was a much quieter & more interesting experience when I was there in May as opposed to November when it is crawling with farangutans & touts.

Perfect for young people who wana party and dont mind noise. I personally came to bangkok to live and experience it to the max. Aloft hotel offered me this perfecty. Im definotely coming back there.... If you are a family or a romantic couple or some one want to relax without noise dont go there

Very nice and fresh hotel. OK size of the room with a big bathroom. Nice restaurant and bar at the hotel. Convenient snack shop in the lobby area. Nice pool on the 10th floor.

+ nice lobby & very cool entertainment zone & to-go snack bar + hotel includes one of the best city clubs + location in Sukhumvit 11 is very good with walking distance to many pubs and restaurants + room is very fresh & young with simple smart details like a coffee machine with to-go cups and a docking station + complimentary room upgrade to city view celebrating our anniversary

- poor staff communication skills because of lack of English language - a bit more far than expected from BTS station (needed 10min walking)

The bed is extremely comfortable 'n the view is really good. the delux twin room is spcious enought to accommandate 4 ppl.

It is about 10 min walk fr. the BTS station. After a whole-day shopping, it would be a killing distance...

Check-in was smooth and fast and friendly. Room was very big (2107) and clean with comfy beds. Loved the big shower and vanity room. Poolarea was nice, but on the small side, with a nice bar for drinks and meals. The hotel is conveniently located very close to Nana Sky train. We would definately stay there again.

Swimming pool is not nice as imagined. Housekeeping never topup the room for the third person even I paid for extra staying, except the first day.

Staff was friendly especially Oat in front office. He allowed us to had late check out and no extra charge. Hotel is amazing. Room is so comfortable,clean, wifi free and high speed. I love the gym and their swimming pool. Crave restaurant had good selection of wines, staff friendly as well. Free tuk tuk to nearest train station and free!

The best thing is that the hotel provide Computers with printers + games free of charge which is the first time I experience in a hotel.

The hotel staffs were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Checked in early before 3pm and got a room immediately. The rooms are nice, clean and very well equipped. Very strategic location for both daytime shopping and nightlife.

The hotel was in a great location with a good size room at reasonable price. Staff were friendly and really added to the stay.

We returned on our way home and the room we were in this time had a very musty smell.

Very hip, stylish hotel in an entertainment district with clubs across the street and a bar with excellent pool tables a block away. I made a last-minute reservation on Priceline and got an excellent price.

Position , if you like Sukunvit area that hotel suits your needs. Went for the same price for two nights in Chatrium Suites riverside to breath, an another world, will beat this hotel 100 to 1!

They have both no smoking rooms and smoking rooms. Being a smoker I asked for a smoking room but room smells sooooooo stink of cigarettes like hell, was quite unpossible to breath.Unpossible to open the window to have some fresh air and unpossible to have it a bit re freshened. Also if you a smoker do not ask for a smoking room or you will get sick after entering!!!!

nice modern design. room is ok size for 1 person. for me best location in bkk if you are party animal. great place for pre-drinks and some food just across the street called oscar. lots of night clubs in soi 11 amongs them: q bar, bed, bash and you get a free pass to all of them upon arrival

hotel was disappointment. not very cheap. the pool is on the east side so you do not get any sunshine after 3 pm. pool rather small. gym not for bodybuilders. rather small and more for cardio than anything else.

We didn't like anything except the location. Lobby is horrible...lots of men with prostitutes hanging around - that didn't feel good. Had the worst 2 nights sleep ever - I think the air con kept going up to 24 degrees - both queen beds were wet after each night sleep - the duvet inner way too heavy. I was thrown out of the adjoining club as I only had flip flops - who do they think they are...The Ritz???

Design is "cheap" and the whole Hotel is not maintained very good. Looks like a cheap hostel and even though it is kind of "new", there are a lot of damages in the room, malt in the shower and at the pool. Check in took us like 10mins...too long!
