The staff were very accommodating to our wants- taxi to wherever we asked at a price of course. requests in the restaurant. beach shuttle and very timely agreed pick up time. 3 brm villa superb

Internet is too slow - yes this was personal though business never sleeps. You need car or motorbike to go anywhere - fine as we had a car. Food is average. Breakfast is basic.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, simple but adequate breakfast, had a few snacks from the bar/restaurant and they were fine. Plenty of restaurants and bars on and close to the beach.
Was unable to get Air Con to a comfortable level, too cold when on or too hot when off, but that seems to a problem in most hotels.
Kitchen is just for decoration, can't cook anything!
We rented the Penthouse with pool on the terrace and it was just perfect for our needs. The pool area on the ground floor is spacius and a nice. It's a good hotel and good location.
The staff missunderstod and after a couple of days is irritating not getting what you want. They promissed to pick us up at 15:00 every time the shuttle service dropped us off at the beach in the morning, not once did they show up. We had a loose cable in the pool and i wanted the to fix it right away and the promissed to do that, it took 3 days to get it fixed.
The staff were helpful. The shuttle to other areas was good. The size of the accommodation was great.
The beds were VERY hard. It was like sleeping on a door. My husband and I spent the week on the sofa. The pool temperature made it unpleasant to swim in. It was way too hot. We booked a room with a kitchen but you need to pay a fee to use the kitchen and to rent the kitchen equipment. Isn't that like booking a room and paying for the sheets? No pool and bad bed a good holiday does not make!!
