Small, good hotel for family trip.Clean. Rooms quite good.The location - 10 min to the beach ( not hard to walk). You can take tuk tuk ( 60 baht).
The staff was amazing, very helpful. Its just 10 minutes walk to the beach or if u like 20 baht by taxi which is constantly available right outside the hotel. Its peaceful and away from the noises of the market. Relaxing stay is guaranteed.
Its a little pricey compared to other hotels of the same standard.
It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The location is very good. Good value for money.

The staff were always available and accomodating. They made a special effort for my birthday to decorate the bed. We were unhappy with our room and they immediately changed it. They showed that satisfying the client is important. Everyday they changed the towels into animal like features which was something delightful.
The rooms require maintenance and some of the curtains had mildew on them. The bathrooms require maintenance.
overall i satisfied with their services. their staffs are very helpful and have easy to communicate with them. this hotel is value for money.
Hotel overall is clean. Housekeeping is fast in responding to request. Walking distantance to food and shopping area.
Staff are not well verse in english. Simple request like sewing kit they don't have in wsuch a big hotel. Communication is a real problem to me. Everytime I ask a question the staff will always ask reception to explain to me. Even about food, wifi is slow like tortoise ):
