1. When we asked for suggestions about hiking plan as we arrived, the counter(maybe the hostess) gave us very useful information, to adjust our schedule, and let us have very excellent experience in Zermatt.
2. I really love their restaurant! When I get up, with a very nice breakfast in a cozy and clean place, made me a great start of every day when I stayed there (My room is also clean and cozy J).

The hotel is a bit rough at the edges but the room I got was clean and quite comfortable. It is very well located close the the church square and basically in smack middle of everything.
The staff is friendly and accommodating when it comes to very early breakfasts, etc.

We had a little problem finding it, but but a guy came out on the street and gave us the key and pointed us to our room!! Extremely friendly staff. There was a quite low ceiling, but beds were good. the location of this B&B is just 2 mins walk from the railway station & it was quite easy to pull our luggage. nice, compact & comfortable room. helpful old man (nice & young at heart) at d reception. the childrens park next door was my little child's delight. good & sufficient breakfast. -

Cute little hotel located off the main street, tucked away in a quiet spot. Rooms on the upper floors have great views of the Matterhorn.
