The Hotel is managed by family. Very warm welcome from the staff on train station which is free pick up by hotel. On arrival we have been received by owner of the hotel with very warm welcome. updated my room to a lake view without me asking free of charge. Nice
cozy decoration. The game room/tea room is very nice. You can listen
to a variety of music while enjoying a warm cup of tea. Breakfast was
amazing with great fresh fruit salad. Overall, had an amazing
experience. Will definitely stay here again!

The room/apartment was large enough for a family of 5. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was lovely with big windows and a bit of a view. Very nice hotel, a short walk from town at the other end of the lake.
The hotel has a modern feel with a comfortable sitting area near the
reception area. A modern lift transported us to our spacious room. The
bathroom is clean and the shower is very modern. The bed and pillows are
exceptionally comfortable. Wide screen T.v with 3 English channels. The
subdued lighting in the room made reading a challenge.

We just feel so much at home in this hotel. Staff very friendly and attentive, good size comfortable room, large shower room, great restaurant, large and secure ski room, convenient location close to St. Moritz Bad, bus to village centre and ski lift stopping right outside the door every 10 minutes. -

The staff there are friendly and helpful. One of the female staff did help me a lot by providing information on the touring in St. moritz. Greatly appreciated. The breakfast there was tasted good and the facilities were good. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Service from the staff makes you feel comfortable. The room is clean & spacious. The view of St Moritz lake is fantastic. A pleasant surprise is that the items from the minibar is free and will be replenished daily! Most hotels do not provide this at all. -

Friendly and helpful staff, however you need to speak Italien or English. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Very reasonable priced good wines and other beverages.
Rooms are a little outdated but the nice bath room makes up for it. We enjoyed the hallways and lobby, it made us feel like being at Buckingham Palace;-)

We loved staying at Aladin. While it was not in the main town, we purchased a pass from the hotel which gave us access to the bus and ski lifts. This was the most convenient and cost effective way to get around and ski. Aladin was quiet with great facilities, excellent views, very clean and deserving of more than three stars.
