  Loved just about everything. The location is amazing. The apartments are beautifully furnished with high-quality fittings. The view from the balcony, of the mountains, was breath-taking!   Location was perfect with amazing views over the lake yet a very short walk into the town. The room was spacious and the chambermaid service was outstanding. All of the staff were efficient and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. The swimming pool and spa area very relaxing and with the standard of cleanliness you would expect. We would recommend - We were struck by the reception at st.moritz train station after a long glacier express voyage. This exemplary treatment went all the way including room service, the very warm hospitality extended by every single member of the Kulm team, until the same gentleman put us in our train to Zurich. Kulm disproves that perfect is the enemy of good, it is a manifestation of "perfect". Thanks to all who have made it possible, an congratulations to the management.
