  no need to drive up to davos as the hotel is situated right across from the train station. the hotel is very stylish and a 5 minute walk from the city centre and jakobshorn funicular station. the rooms are very cozy and the beds very comfortable. on my last stay I had a smaller bathroom then usual. Service is really good. If you like hiking, they even provide a proper backpack for you to use, in case you dont have one or it isnt suited for that. Lovely lovely place. It is more expensive than the average around, but totally worth it.

Our stay was very delightful, the service was excellent, the staff very kind and helpful in case of special requests, the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and much cheaper than anticipated.   Wonderful old hotel, completely refurbished to a very high standard. The staff were friendly, helpful and utterly delightful. Excellent buffet breakfast served in lovely surroundings. Free WiFi throughout the hotel, with a strong and reliable signal in the bedroom. Bathroom was a good size with a large shower. The motel is quiet and peaceful with out road noise. Lockup bike room and access without stairs for luggage. Very happy and will stay there again.

  Even we were off high season, the hostel is amazing. Very well located. Very clean, very big. The rooms are fantastic, some of them have balcony with an amazing view. Staff are very friendly.   Centrally located, the hotel is recently renovated. The receptionist speaks good English and is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and tastefully appointed, featuring even a jacuzzi bathtub. We had a superior suit with a magnicent view of the hills. Two-thumbs up. - The staff are friendly , the hotel is well managed in all aspects.
