Very comfortable beds, clean room, ample sized bathroom. We had a smaller room near the stairs which was convenient but I heard everything. Staff was kind and spoke English and we were treated with respect. Free parking right next to the hotel. Central location, quiet, clean room and bed. The staff were excellent
and helped me book train travel. The breakfast was excellent with a
variety of choices. The restaurant downstairs offered everything swiss.

The staff make the comfort of the guest their priority and you feel as if you are at home. I appreciate all staff for their friendly spirit and I acknowledge in particular "Sylvia" who took all the effort to make our stay interesting, and she always smile. -

chance to come back to Crans, this is where I will spend my stay, no
doubt -
The hotel staff was extremely polite and pleasant from the moment we
arrived. Our family suite was lovely in every way and, after a long trip
through Switzerland, the peace and quiet was wonderful. I am extremely
picky so take my word: this is worth it for a true "Swiss"
experience down to the waiters setting up our breakfasts on our balcony.
Tres bien.
