Opening in February 2013, this hotel is beside Karlstad Congress and Culture Centre, 5 minutes’ walk from central Karlstad. It offers free Wi-Fi and modern rooms with a flat-screen TV. the hotel was very comfortable and the staff were attentive and friendly. The location was very good for the museums, town centre and riverside walks. Nice hotel with stylish interior design and comfort. Staff were very helpful. Quiet & clean. Nice clean hotel. Nice location, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has persistent problems with an overly complex TV system. It was not working when we were there and had been out of service for some days.
