  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   What a gem this place is! From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were the only people who mattered. Dany and Joaquim who manage the reception made us very welcome. We were told the complex was fully occupied, but we saw only a few other guests and other then by the pool we heard no voices. The bungalow had everything we needed for self-catering and even though we planned to eat out, we used the local - The best accomodation (for leisure) I've ever had. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk.   This was the best hotel holiday I have ever been on. Pure luxury and relaxation. Something that makes a holiday for me is the staff. Without question this hotel has the finest collection of people working for them - cleaners, porters, waiting staff, reception, spa, all wonderfully friendly and attentive without being in your face. The position of this beautiful hotel is great - 20 mins from Tenerife South airport, right by the beach with - The hotel is beautiful with fantastic sea views, our suite was spacious and very comfortable, the pool area is lovely and quiet and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We really liked the adult only aspect of the hotel which made it very quiet and serene. We also used the spa which was excellent. We stayed on a B&B basis and there are lots of reasonable restaurants within short walking distance along the beach. All in all a lovely holiday.

Antonio had said as I was travelling on my own he had put me in a bungalow close to the pool so it would be easier for me to interact with other guests.
