  The bungalows were spacious, clean and in a quiet setting a few hundred metres back from the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Self catering kitchenette was adequately equipped.   Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Our plane landed late at night and they were waiting for us at the reception desk as agreed. They helped also with internet connection, printing and other needed information. The palce is nice, it is cleaned every day, also the swiming pool is cleaned every morning.   We really enjoyed the complex it was close to the airport and beach. We were far enough away from the nightlife but close enough if we wanted to be part of that. The all inclusive variety was extensive and the best we had experienced for such a low cost, great value for money.   We enjoyed our stay a lot and would love to return again. They were many highlights, but mainly: - Excellent and very friendly hotel staff - Very nice hotel garden with cactuses and flowers - Great food at the hotel restaurant and very handy store with food - Absolutely awesome massage therapist - Very spacey, beautiful and clean villa - Easy wal... cosa dice la gente » king distance to the beach and small shopping mall with many restaurants - A lot of attractions in the surrounding area (mini golf, bike rental, zoo p - our villa standard was in a lovely quiet location, the size was excellent for 5 of us, a 3rd bed was put into 2nd bedroom. apt was very clean, maids do great job. irish and uk tv also brilliant to have. restaurant very handy, pizza was fantastic value for the kids, pool size also good, bit cold but then it is winter over there! we also liked proximity to airport, after long journey-perfect. we arrived late and v kind receptionist gave us complimentary milk,juice and water-nice touch.
