All the staff at Villa Canaima were SO friendly and helpful, taking time to make sure we knew all the great things Lanzarote had to offer, even booking our rental car and cabs for us. They went out of their way to try and get hold of us to let us know we could stay past the standard 10am checkout time, which was super appreciated.

evenings),free wifi. Bedroom and kitchen windows has the iron bars for
your safety-we kept windows open all day long. Good location with 2 Spar

We liked the comfort and location of the Acuario sol. The apartments
were central to get to town but not too close that they were on top
of it. The apartments have all that you need within them and are
kept clean. -

Miguel runs a very happy/jolly family business. He is always smiling and whistling and can not do enough for you. We had booked 3 x apartments all equally good. 5 minutes walk from the beach and the shops. The area is beautiful, all staff on the Island were very pleasant. We hired a car but only costs 13 euros from the airport to La Lagunetta

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartments are well located and very clean. The poolside area never seemed too crowded or noisy, even though all the apartments were occupied.
The food and drink supplied at the poolside bar was very good considering its size and facilities.

Location is beside attractive,very wide boulevard that runs for miles
along the beach at Puerto Del Carmen.A Single lane of light traffic
allows pedestrians and cyclists to enjoy the space. There are numerous
restaurants and shops. Their single story low rise structures which are
set back from the beach does not impede the view of the beaches.

20 euro extra for a 2 bedded apartment to get towels changes each day.
Overall we had a nice stay once we got apartment sorted. Pool was nice
no prob with sunbeds ....always available. I would stay here again.

We were not expected (communication failure between letsbookhotel.com & appartments) and arrived to a closed reception. Arran arrived within 15 mins of us phoning the tel no on the door and sorted the problem out. It did mean us spending to 1st night at another appartment complex though.
The pool is great for a refreshing dip but if you like

Perfect location, it's close to the beach and main street.
Very friendly and helpful staff at reception.
The apartment is quiet, no noise from the street.
Frequent cleaning and change of towels.
Kitchen and bathroom facilities and their purity - very good.
I really enjoyed my stay and I'll recommend it to my friends.

Apartments were really nice and spacious - we had an apartment with
'no view' which I was concerned about before going but there was
no need as the balconies are very big and we were still able to get a

The hotel was overlooking the ocean and very close to town. It wasn't the Ritz, but it wasn't a hostel either. Nice that it had a mini kitchen and lanai. The pool and sun deck area were wonderful. I have to say it had the cleanest pool I have ever seen.

Very convenient to both old and new town ... 10 minute walk to the beach ... On site bar which serves food from morning till late very reasonable prices .... very friendly staff from the reception to the domestic staff anything we requested from more loo rolls to blankets were no problem staff very eager to please .... secure with a security coded

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The accommodation was
very reasonable in comparison to similar apartments in the area.
Apartments were bright and clean. The shower was much better than in
other properties. Having some English channels was a nice bonus for
cloudy days.
