Well decorated rooms and public areas.Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Food was varied and hot. Show cooking was excellent - japanese,indian,chinese, mediterranean themes.Drinks in hotel bars were pricey. Entertainment every night was to a good standard. Enjoyed our stay.
Excellent location, food excellent, "eat till you drop". Beautiful hotel, Highly recommended. Beautiful sea view room. Very quiet no roudiness, Nightly entertainment in very large well decorated function room with glass doors leading to terrace overlooking sea. Hotel really clean, all publin areas very well decorated and toilets FIRST CLASS. Reception and resturant staff most helpful.

the sea view, availability of parking space,responsive personnel particularly at the reception desk,close to "l'avenida" ( shopping cntr, restaurants) nice public.. generally speaking, It was a good experience, had a good time there.
room was not ready: telephone was not working and could be replaced ( changed) only on the 2nd day+ one light bulb was out ( deffected) + generally insufficient lighting in room.+ door between our room and next hotel room was not locked+ unavailable wireless access to internet.
It was in a good location within Puerto del Carmen
