  it was a very nice surprise my visit to this hotel. i couldnt expect to be so good for such a low cost hotel. very clean, enough space in the room. i definetely recommend it as a value for money hotel. the location was 5 minutes walk from puerta de sol the most central point of Madrid. - The room was nice and worm.   There was a lot to like about this hostal. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The place was extremely clean. Our room was pretty small but for a budget option we didn't expect it to be large. One of the best things about Hostal Zamora is the location. You can walk to all the big tourist attractions-Puerta del Sol, the Prado and other art... cosa dice la gente » museums, and the Palacio Real. There are scads of restaurants all around. You'd think it would be noisy but it's not. It's on a quiet square so yo - I am so sorry that I haven't asked the name of that super professional and kind guy at the reception. He was extremely careful, helped us out with all our questions and made sure that we were comfortable and safe all the time. The three recommendations he gave us (breakfast place, lunch place and pizza place) were all great. The hotel itself was not exactly what we were waiting for, but the location is great and everything was so easy. Recommend it.

The hotel has its own underground parking deck, but I ended up parking on the street next to the hotel for free. The staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful.

It's quite, clean, has a huge balcony (optional) and fully equipped kitchen. I got exactly what I need.
