The hotel is off the center so it is easy to access from the motorways by car. Despite that it is not located in the city center, it has a very good connection by public transport (1 line 3 stops but keep an eye on the timetable, especially at late evenings). The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Parking is free on the streets

The breakfast was awesome: crepes, a variety of breads, cheeses, meats, pastries, yogurts, juices and coffee.
Also, when I discovered at 10 pm that the thermostat control in my room was broken, the staff changed me to a room across the hall a few minutes later.
Overall service was very good. The women who worked there were very nice and helpful in every way!

Lovely place, great interior, nice bed and spacious room and bathroom. We booked only a few days before arrival and where pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The location was excellent. The check-in at Ding Dong Tela was efficient and the staff very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortableand of an interesting design concept. Price - excellent value for money.

The hostel is very basic but practical and ideal for those on a budget.
Centrally located, it is an ideal base when exploring the city and the
surrounding areas. I opted for my own bathroom which was well worth the
additional 4 euros per day. I'm often concerned about security in
Hostels but this was diminished in El Cid completely - I felt
comfortable leaving my belongings in my room when out and about.

hotel piccolo e spartano ma pulito, personale disponibile collegato benissimo con il centro attraverso la metro con fermata angel guimera a soli 7-8 minuti a piedi e con i bus 17 e 72 da poter prendere ad un passo dall' hotel che giungono in centro in meno di 10 minuti quindi il mezzo migliore per girare la città.

The very chic and elegant room design made me feel like I was staying at a five-star hotel. The great staff service added to this impression. The location and price could not have been better- just a quick walk to awesome sites and restaurants, not to mention the train station. Id stayed here quite some month ago and the hotel was full of teething problems as only been open a few days. I then stayed again but was to soon to review it.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, the decor is of a very high standard and all staff are more than helpfull.
The location is excellent and when ever i visit Valencia in future i would try and stay here.

Abbiamo trovato anche un signore alla reception che parlava italiano e ci ha dato consigli su dove mangiare. La colazione è ottima e abbondante.

This was a perfect place for us to spend our first night in Spain before
travelling up the coast. The room was clean and had everything we
needed. The hotel is within walking distance of the old town and all the
sights there, but you would probably need to take a taxi or a bus to the
arts and sciences buildings in the old riverbed.
