We had very comfortable room, quit - that was important, because we'd been with 1 year old baby. The staff prepared special little bad for baby. And value for money is on high level! I will recommend this hotel to my friends. -
loved the decorations, shower water was hot, had a refrigerator, good air conditioning, very cute hotel, staff was great

The location was very central 5 minute walk from Gran Via. Rooms were on the 2nd floor of this beautiful old building. Very safe location, well lit area! This place is near 2 underground stations, but we never needed to use the underground.
- The staff was very helpful and pleasant. They also let us leave our suitcases after check out until very late (11pm)
- Price is great for what you get. We paid about 35eu -
Very good location in the city center, between Sol and Sevilla metro
stations. When checking in I got keys to the room and front door, which
was very convinient, because in other hostels sometimes you dont get the
keys and have to leave them at the reception desk every time you get out
(which is something which I really do not like in other hostels).

staff very helpful.
our studio (room 5F) was on the 5th floor at the back of the hotel.
room was ideal plenty of room, bed comfortable, good storage space. kitchen area ideal, bathroom clean and tidy.
i would definitely use the hotel again and would recommend it to friends and family.

I can't fault the stay we had. Staff are uber friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant and in walking distance to everything. The rooms have everything and include some great bonuses including free mini bar and real atmosphere from the pop art decor. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Thanks -
