Otherwise it is the location on the southern edge of a neighborhood in which the locals of madrid come to have afternoon/evening drinks in the many squares and dine in the many inexpensive yet really good restaurants. Rooms have very individual styles and furnishing so it is not a standardized experience (this is good and bad). Overall, I had a very nice stay.

  Excellent location, very close to Noviciado subway station. I found the apartment very clean and well equipped. Air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly and the staff was so kind, they provided me everything I needed. I loved my stay here and on my next trip to Madrid I will rent here once again, for sure. - Very good location.

The cost is very reasonable. The hostel was clean. We were traveling as a couple and able to get a room with a private bathroom. I have paid five times the amount I did and received less comfort, hospitality and customer service. Many thanks for a great weekend. - The location is great. Nearby the metro station and it's possible to walk to all the things you want to see. Nearby a square with lots of restaurants. Because the plane would leave in the evening and there were no gasts after us, we could stay in the appartment untill we had to leave for the airport with no extra charge. The check-in manager was very kind and helpfull. The appartment and the beds were good.
